Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Videomo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Videomo provides two related tools:

• Motion capture from video — upload a short video, our servers process it, and you receive an overlay video and interactive 3D skeleton data.
• AI video generation — starting from a motion-capture result and a reference image of a character, our AI partner generates a new video of that character performing the captured motion.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos, images, and motion data you upload or that we generate from your inputs — including any AI-generated video produced on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload any content you submit, including having the consent of any person whose likeness appears in a video or reference image. Do not upload content that violates others' rights or applicable law.

AI-generated videos are produced by a third-party model and may occasionally contain visual artifacts or inaccurate details. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it publicly.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
• Do not reverse-engineer the backend or model weights.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.
• Do not upload images or videos of a person without their consent, especially for AI video generation.
• Do not use the Service to generate deceptive or misleading depictions of real people, including for harassment, defamation, political manipulation, or non-consensual sexualised content.
• Do not generate content depicting minors in compromising, sexual, or violent contexts, or any other content that depicts or sexualises a minor.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & refunds

Credits are purchased in prepaid packs. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once granted to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Failed or errored generations return their reserved credits to your balance automatically — you are never charged for a generation that did not complete.

Disputed charges are handled through our payment processor per their standard dispute process.

6. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of motion-capture or AI- generated results, or data preservation. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
